CHARLES MARTINSON
Managing Director
He is a retired Banker with over 35 years of experience at the Executive management level both locally and internationally. His vast expertise garnered over the years involved working at several respected brands such as Standard Chartered Bank, CAL Bank, HFC Bank, etc. He has brought his Corporate Management insight to bear in the day-to-day running of Skones Security Limited as the Managing Director.
Samuel Manu Asiama, FCIB
Head: Human Resources and Administration
He is a retired Banker with over 35 years of Executive level (local and international) Corporate Management practice experience. He worked with National Investment Bank, Ghana in various executive management positions until his retirement in 2021. He is the Vice Resident and fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Sulemana Issahaque Dadugu
General Manager
He holds a Diploma in Accounting from the Kumasi Polytechnic. He has undertaken a number of courses in Peace Building and Conflict Management, Management of Small Arms for Security, etc. He has worked in various non-governmental organizations, including CUSO, Oxfam-GB, School for Life, and GDCP both DANIDA projects in Senior and Management capacities. He is also into media work and was the Program Manager for Filla FM in Tamale. He has over 20 years of experience in Administration, Management, Media Relations, and Development work.

Thomas Anyane
Chief Coordinator: Cash-in-Transit Services
He is an expert in Cash Management Services with over forty (40) years of experience. Prior to joining Skones Security Ltd. in 2016, he provided consultancy services in Cash Management for Gocrest Security and other non-bank financial companies from 2008 – 2016. He worked with GCB Bank Ltd. from 1968 to 2008. During the period, he served in various capacities such as Chief Cashier at GCB Head Office, Accra (2003 – 2008), and Head of International and Local Transfer Branch Returns (Suhum Branch), etc.
WO 1 ( RTD) Abdulai Shaibu
Head - Operations/Quality Assurance
He served in the Ghana Army as a finance clerk in the forces pays regiment with 30 years of experience. He was in the finance office central Command-Kumasi, Southern Command-Accra, Imprest warrant officer pay regiment, and Acting R.SM of the regiment.
Boatey George Teye (CA)
Head: Finance & Accounts
He is a Chartered Accountant and a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and in the final level of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He joined Skones as the head of Finance & Accounts in January 2022. Prior to that, he also held the following positions such as Director of Finance at Yabah Properties & Investments Ltd., Deputy Chief Internal Auditor at MAB Group of Companies, Chief Accountant at Phoenix Group of Companies, and External Auditor at Integrated Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants. He also has held several part-time positions including lecturing and is a Managing Partner at Tegebok Consult.
